Tom Coiner is a New York-based actor. He plays Sergeant Chuck Inslow on Law & Order: SVU, and has appeared on Law & Order, The Good Fight, The Night Of, Boardwalk Empire, Person of Interest, and It's Bruno!

Tom most recently appeared onstage as Paul Sheldon in Misery, adapted by William Goldman from the Stephen King novel, at Merrimack Repertory Theater in Lowell, MA October - November, 2025.

Tom has helped develop new plays for the past twenty years in New York City, Cincinnati, Louisville, Minneapolis, Seattle, Denver, Sarasota, Rochester, Poughkeepsie, Valdez, and Shepherdstown, West Virginia; working closely with playwrights in readings, workshops, rehearsals, and World Premiere runs.
